Rail Clamp can be divided into WJK, SWJK, HWJK series TG38, TG43, TG50, TG60, QU70, QU80, QU100, QU120 ,which consists of base, cover, wear of shaw, spring flat washer. With two kinds materials: one kind is half cast steel: cover for nodular cast iron, the base for cast steel. The other is a whole cast steel: top and bottom are cast steel.
Rail Clamp
Similarly as elastic rail clip or KPO rail clip, a rail clamp sometimes called rail clip or rail fixing clip, is kind of device used to maintain the lateral position of the rail, especially crane rail, but allow necessary longitudinal movement. The rail clamp keeps the rail in position through the mechanical lock and at the same time, accepts the real longitudinal rail movement through the combined vulcanize-bonded synthetic elastomeric nose. Rail clamps are always fastened onto the rail ties with anchor bolts. For types, boltable rail clamps and weldable rail clamps are main varieties.
